Both Jurucita Consultant and the client agree to keep confidential any non-public technical, financial, or operational information shared during the project. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent unless required by law.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Fees for consultancy services will be stated in our official proposal or agreement.

  • Payment terms (e.g., deposit, progress claims, final payment) must be followed as outlined in the issued invoice or contract.

  • Late payments may incur administrative charges or delays in service delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, documents, and site access necessary for project completion.

  • Obtain all relevant approvals, land ownership documents, and permits required for the project unless stated otherwise.

  • Ensure timely communication and instructions to avoid delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jurucita Consultant will exercise professional skill and due care in delivering services. However, we shall not be held liable for:

  • Damages arising from the client’s misuse of information.

  • Construction or site issues beyond our control.

  • Delays caused by external parties, government agencies, contractors, or unforeseen circumstances.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Contractors

We may work with external engineers, specialists, or vendors when required.
Jurucita Consultant is not responsible for the actions, delays, or performance of third-party contractors unless explicitly stated in the contract.

9. Intellectual Property

All drawings, reports, calculations, and technical documents produced by Jurucita Consultant remain our intellectual property unless transferred by written agreement.
Clients may use the documents solely for the approved project stated in the contract.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if:

  • The other party breaches the terms of the agreement.

  • Payment is not made within the required timeline.

  • Unforeseen conditions make the project impossible to continue.

Upon termination, the client must settle all outstanding fees for services already performed.

11. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and handle personal data in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws (including PDPA 2010).
Personal information collected is used solely for project administration and communication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or litigation in Malaysian courts.

13. Changes to Terms

Jurucita Consultant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Revised Terms will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
